Orders are carefully processed, quality-checked, and securely packed before dispatch. Once an order is placed, the product will be shipped within one week and is expected to reach the customer within 7–12 days from the date of placing the order, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Refunds are only applicable if the product is received in a broken condition. To raise a refund request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damaged product inside. Please note that images or photographs will not be accepted as proof, even though all products are drop-tested and carefully packed before dispatch.
